Refund Policy
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how MintStart handles refund and remedy requests for its current one-time A$9 premium purchase.
What a premium purchase unlocks
The current premium purchase is a one-time A$9 payment that unlocks premium resume actions described in the app, including copy and export functionality.
Digital delivery timing
Premium access is normally delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation.
When refunds or remedies may be reviewed
MintStart does not generally provide refunds where a customer simply changes their mind after premium access has been delivered. This does not affect rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
MintStart will review refund or remedy requests fairly where there is a duplicate charge, payment taken but premium not granted, a material service failure, or purchased functionality is substantially unavailable or not as described.
How requests are reviewed
Refund requests are assessed fairly using transaction records, access-delivery records, evidence of service failure, and applicable law. To help us investigate, please include your checkout email, payment date, and a brief description of the problem.
Australian Consumer Law and processing
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Where an applicable consumer guarantee is not met, the appropriate remedy will depend on the nature and seriousness of the problem and may include restoring premium access, correcting the service, providing the service again, or issuing a refund where required by law.
Where a refund is approved, it will be returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time can depend on Stripe and the customer's financial institution.
